I contacted Plumbing First to have them look at my sump pump in my basement prior to having a Radon system installed in my house. John came to the house and replaced the old sump pump and repiped the sump line with PVC. Also, I purchased a one-year service plan with Plumbing First which entitles me to 15% off services - so in essence the service plan paid for itself. He flushed my hot water heater, dye tested all 4 toilets, and checked all plumbing. John was professional, pleasant, timely, and left the work area very clean. I definitely recommend Plumbing First for all your plumbing needs - I will surely use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Vince is always so patient and professional whenever I call (even with all of our last minute plumbing problems). Not only does he provide quality timely service but he makes sure to explain the "what" and the "why" so a layperson like myself can easily understand the issue at hand. I would definitely use plumbing first again. John explained everything to us when he came out to give an estimate. He made sure we understood everything before he left. We got approximately 3 other estimates and plumbing first was about $100 to 200 cheaper for the 50 gallon heater. The companies we called all use the Bradford White brand heater which is what we purchased. Although we did not end up purchasing a tankless water heater, one company gave us an estimate which was about $1,000 more than Plumbing First. The installation took about 2.5 hours and once again John made sure we understood everything about the heater before he left. There's no hidden fees and they provided excellent service. You won't go wrong with this company.
